I know WBK, however on ebay, if your country is not listed in the delivery options, you may not be able to bid (even if the seller would normally be willing to dispatch to your country).

Happened to me once. I asked the guy via PM if he would ship to Austria, he said "no poblem - would be happy to", but ebay would not let me place my bid.

I guess other nationalities would just have to try and bid, see if that works.

I've been able to log in to non-UK eBay sites in the past, I wonder if that might get round it.

In your link I changed the .at to .co.uk for example.
