I've seen this topic done many times before, but it's always a laugh, and different people often have different stories to tell.

So please, share your battle reports with glue, scalples, drills and all other assortments of deadly mini-crafting weapons.

I've never done anything too drastic myself, just the usual fingers carved to pieces when the scalple slips and fingers attached together.

So anyone accidently sat on a regiment of spearmen, or other tales of woe and halirity?

Back in the days of my historical gaming, we used to use quite a few pirated; i.e., illegal copies, minis. The poor quality of the metal used for these suckers resulted in having to replace the swords...usually with flattened pins & needles. WELL...one of our more rotund French Generals, Tom Berg by name, was reaching across the table, when a look of horror flashed across his face followed closely by a scream. When he straightened up, there were several bases of Cuirassiers imbedded in his belly. Such is War, eh?! Wounds of War! ARRGGGHHHH!!!!!! Affraid Wounds of War! ARRGGGHHHH!!!!!! Suspect

One day I was witiling down some wood for spears for my Orcs and then the exacto knife slipped and cut my finger to the bone. I just did what any Orc general would do, and what my dad showed me. Hot water and some duct tape...works wonders.

Painful battles with tools? I remember some with a little drill I use for minis... ouch, 1 inch in my hand is more experience than I wanted Wink

Knives had never been too dangerous to me - fingers regenerate like trolls, so even the worst wound is a thing of the past after few days.

2 days ago I accidentally cut myself with a new ProCreate box. Tried to open it... but it had its own will and reacted agressive. It's not a big wound, the most uncommon in this story is that something so nice and safe caused such pain Wink

So it burns, and you can scream loudly as if it were a much more serious wound and be all manly!
