Pembloke's Inquisitorum (Witch Hunters WIP)

Hey all,

Started work on my Witch Hunters last night. Lots of converting work here as none of them are witch hunter minis. I'm using some privateer press models as well as a couple Anima minis for my heroes. Flagellants will be GW, Warrior Priest will most likely be GW, and hounds I'll probably end up ordering from Verdant miniatures or whatever their name is (they make mastiffs). So I now present to you Ostermark's preeminent purveyors of zealotry, Inquizitor Captain Tidus Pembloke and his posse of precipitous persecution:





I haven't decided all of their identities yet, but #3 is definitely Inquizitor Pembloke, and #1 is Houndmaster Samward McGurnigan, "McG" to his colleagues, as the only thing resembling "friends" are his dogs.

The second guy from the left hasn't had his hat greenstuff yet. He's spending the night with a paperclip sticking out of his noggin until I find more time to work on him. Pembloke and the guy on the far right will most likely have some sort of hat added. All of them will end up with more bits attached here and there (writs, bedrolls, wine bottles, pistols, rope, etc).

COOL minis...the War Band has a LOT of potential & should be FUN to paint up. Enjoy the project & keep us posted.

You gonna give him a hat too? I've always thought the Captain needs to have the most awesome hat.

Sweet Miniatures dude, Pembloke is really cool , I imagine him a Snooty religious bad ass who bosses everybody around and isn't afraid to back-stab or kill anybody who stands in his way.
Can not wait to see them painted.

I've actually re-based them all on round bases, and painted most of them. I will get some pics up as soon as I have the time. The 2ng guy from the right (?) is a converted pistol wraith from warmachine. Is that who you mean?
