| We recently had a special game of WARLORD. Special in the way that every gamer had the same 4 warriors. Mage, cleric, rogue and fighter. Kill the others, and thus earn points. Simple. However, the gods had theirs to say (every turn something special happened). When one of your models died, it would respawn at a random entry points. (10 points in total across the board) AND...there where items popping up everywhere. Woohoo!! The scenery was amazing. Made entirely in paper, and a bit of foamboard. A company make these to print out. Name has eluded me at this time...sigh must be getting old... Well it was an intense and really fun game. On to the pics!!! The gaming board in all its glory! Just checking the special abilities before the game gets going. Warrior, cleric, mage and the rogue in the back. Another adventure band. Now we do battle!!!! | |

| That looks SO COOL! How do you like War Lord? It's a game I would LOVE to try...especially considering how fond I am of Reaper minis. The terrain looks like World Works stuff AND VERY NICE LOOKING it is. | |

| Warlord is a great game. Within 15 minutes the two new players had no trouble playing it. It really is that easy. And fun! Plus the reaper miniatures are, as Al pointed out, just so damn sexy! | |

| It never fails to give me a warm feeling in the bottom of my heart (or maybe colon, who knows) to see full grown men play with little toy figures. Looks awesome! | |

| I think I'm hooked...I'm OH SO EASILY enthused. I've been haunting the Reaper Forum checking out the background & stuff. Translating the Beasty into a Mordheim setting COULD be cool & has definite potential. The Bloodstone Gnomes would be an EXCELLENT substitute for the much maligned Skaven. It WOULD be refreshing merely to deal with an outfit that didn't carry all that negative baggage.

| The rules ared really easy. For new gamers it often only takes 15 minutes of introduction. A glance towards the special abilities and they are off gaming on their own. And no I am not co owner of the firm. Just a happy gamer | |

And no I am not co owner of the firm. Just a happy gamer With ALL the Reaper minis I've posted here I MIGHT also be accused of having a vested interest... IF ONLY THAT WERE TRUE. | |

| UPDATE: Ever the enthusiast, I've been talking up Warlord, AND conned a few of my Patron Guys into the idea. SO...while I may not get to play myself, I MIGHT get some COOL minis to paint up for those that will be. The first possibles are the Bloodstone Gnomes. painted by Anne Foerster
