I just have a little question about the wording and ruling of the 15 point achievement for scourge of the realm. Are the additional attacks granted from Irrepressible Hunger worked out before or after frenzy?

Heres the slightly shortened wording: If he fights against more than one enemy at a time, he gains one extra attack per enemy model that is not knocked down of stunned in each hand-to-hand combat phase. Note that he must always assign at least one attack to each enemy model.

I'm asking this as last session a (practically) fresh off the boat frenzied vampire was making 12 attacks in close combat after surviving the charge from 4 models.

I would say that they are not cumulative, so they wouldn't add up to a total of 12... just the normal frenzy attacks, and then the +3 for the hunger...

Frenzy always only doubles the value that is in your profile. Additional attacks such as two weapons, additional arms and other bonuses are never doubled.

I can't think of any exceptions here... study

Please keep us updated on your campaign! bounce

The campaign is going well, better than anything previously run. All my previous games of mordheim were with 2 or 3 other mates but now we have 8 of us. It's making those diplomatic situations rather dynamic.
One small problem for me is that everyone who has an objective to kill me (marauders) will try to aim for me first on a multiplayer game, allying with anyone in their way that could act as a speed bump.

btw, thanks for the answers guys

In the objective section of the BTB it says that the silent threat may not ally with the celestial protectorate but the celestial protectorate may ally with the silent threat. Is this an oversight or is there something I'm missing?

On a side note, would I be using an older un-errata'd version of the book?

Hmmmm... well, if B cannot ally with A, then it doesn't really matter whether A could ally with B, does it? But this should be fixed definately as to avoid confusion. This mistake is probably due to us changing the objectives over and over, adding new warbands to the Silent Threat and at one point the Threat could no longer ally with the Protectorate, but I probably forgot to amend the Protectorate's entry. I will look after this for the next errata.

The main rulebook has not (yet!) been updated due to some technical difficulties. All the individual PDFs (if you browse through the website) have the errata included, though.
