I voted for these:
Deliver the mail Police the streets Fire Suppression Insure that schools do their job
Because these ones are impossible! For example: They can make laws to punish people for doing bad things, but not stop people from doing them!
Insure that everyone takes care of the planet Make laws to prevent people doing anything bad Insure that other countries are nice Insure that no one is ever wronged Insure that everyone lives a good life Insure that everyone is always happy
