I'm creating my Reikland -Fellas and need some ideas, or a turtorial how to sculpt hands out of stuff.
This little guy is one of my archers made out from an imperial canoneer or something like that. the problem is I cant find the "right" hand for him in my bizbox. it should look like the archer has taken a shot a second before, and his hand is still open because he released the bowstring.

i do know the old night goblins had such hands...

But after browsing a bit on the internet:

Tip #1

Maybe you can use a hand from the militia archers sprue.

Tip #2 A bit drastic:
maybe you can use the hand that is all open from the empire militia sprue, it would require to repose the arm. (it's the armoured fencer arm)

hope it helps. I do have the fencer arm if needed be. empire archer i do not.

Yeah, the new archer hands are great for this, there are a bunch of open hands, and also the rest of the parts are great (half of my warband was made from them Smile) I believe the bretonnians also have some nice hands, but yeah, as you're stuffing most of it, I think that would be a nice challenge, and a great addition if it works out!

a hand which just let go of the string looks like a loosely made fist, only with the index and middle finger flexed, so perhaps, you could use a hand from any regular weapon, and then just sculpt two kind of outstretched fingers on them?

anyways, good luck! I like the scottish way he looks, so would like to see how it works out!
