Wood elf warband

hey I have a question does anybody know if there is a wood elf warband
just wondering

Not that i know of. But still there may be a Wood Elf warband maybe fan made.

There is no official Elf warband besides the Sons of Nagarythe (Shadow Warriors = High Elfs) and they are not even official anymore. There are several Wood Elf warbands being developed by fans, but having Elfs in Mordheim is a very difficult and emotional topic. Anyways, I'd expect to find a good balanced Wod Elf warband in the Letters of Damned Mordheim ezine sooner or later, be it for Mordheim or an alternate setting. Ask Tom "Brahm" about it, maybe there's something in the making.

as far as i remember, brahm has developed a woodelve warband which should be hidden somewhere at http://brahmsbook.com.

The Wood Elf Warband on brahmsbook.com is going under the knife. It has been stripped down and almost completely redone. It was fun to play and definately had a different spin on the "Lets have a bunch of pointy-eared folk with bows run about and shoot stuff" warband. However, we've been playtesting a new warband with the help of Aaron "Fenris" Bevan, and it should be released soon. If you want a difficult warband to play, by all means try out the warband on brahmsbook.com, but it is by no means official, nor is it balanced; if anything, it's underpowered, as was the common fault of many of my early warbands. I erred on the side of caution when creating them because I didn't want to create the uber-warbands that seemed to dominate the web at that time, so they always had bigger handicaps than necessary. The new warband is going along the line that I have, with many others, come up with to balance the "powerbands" (as I like to call them; elves, dwarves etc). You will start with four heroes instead of five, and costs will be higher. However your martial status and abilities will be greater than that of mere men...

Keep your eyes peeled! I played the warband myself for eight scenarios and enjoyed great success versus all sorts of warbands, including the dreaded and too-powerful Black Orc warband from the Nemesis Crown Campaign!

I'm not sure if saying the warband has a good chance versus over-powered warbands is so clever..

Anyways, I'm glad you're going to publish a Wood Elf warband in the LOD despite the haters on the Mordheim forum. It's good for the gamers and that's what counts!

I think its a good Warband I would have changed the spellsinger for a noble and the Spellsinger for a hero choice like priest, mages etc..

yeah lets just change that so I can use my spellsinger I bought today at GW

but the spellsinger is now you ''Captain'' ! so you can use it annyway
