hi.

i'm new in mordheim and in this awsome page. yesterday a play my fisth mordheim battle. and i hava one dout.

in close combat when you atack to a knocked down or stunned minuature you have better chanches to put him out of the battle. ¿but what happen if you decide to shoot to one minuature in one of those circunstantces?, ¿does that comes whit a bonus for impact or injury or it is just a normal shotting atack? i didn't find the solutions in my rulebook. ¿does anybody could help me?

thanks

I would pick a target that is a threat. But yes you must roll to hit and wound as normal when shooting a knocked down or stunned model I believe. Welcome to the game and webpage.

If that's the case, then my group has been doing it wrong for quite some time. We've always played where you shoot at stunned and knocked down models exactly as you would shoot at standing models which we justified by considering the relative danger of being shot at with a bow compared to being smashed with a morning star or something of that sort in close combat.

So? You are both saying the same, aren't you?

Anyways, the bonus of knocked down and stunned applies only to close combat (that is why it is detailed in the close combat section and not in the general section). You can think of it as the model slitting the throat of an unconsious model - a bonus that clearly doesn't apply when shooting at an enemy.

Correct. And in English it is leadership check or route test.
