Someone I know mentioned that he saw mordheim rules for a Skaven Poison Wind Globadier.

I would play skaven for this model.

Is he a hired sword? Does he even exist?

I have been looking, but to no avail. Anybody know? confused

Thanks! I love you

The Clan Skryre warband (which features Poison Wind Globes) was released in the Relics of the Crusades supplement (part 2). You can download the two PDFs from here: http://www.sg.tacticalwargames.net/fanatic/

I agree. How about playing the poison wind globes in the following way:
Range: 8''
Width: small blast template
Effect: Roll to hit as usual (no penalties for throwing), If a target is hit he must make a toughness test (always failing on a 6). If i misses with 1 (i.e. rolls 4 with T3) he is Knocked Down. On a roll of 2 or more of the targets toughness he is stunned. The toughness test is rolled by the player controlling the hit target. A poison wind globe can never kill.

These makes them slightly different from the WHFB Poison wind globes - more like a stun gas, which I find quite neat.

ps. Ever played Desperados Wanted Dead or Alive? Remember the Doc.s 'knock out gas' and you should get the picture of what I was having in mind.
