i even played goblins as marienburgers without questions fairly with wysiwyg weapons Razz

i tend to start off wysiwyg, but after a few games it becomes way to confusing.. trying to fix this on some sort of playcard based equipment thingy for pmh..

I understand that WYSIWYG is a good thing, especially if you are playing someone you don't know. But I'm a big fan of the "Counts As..." rule which seems like the exact oposite of WYSIWYG!
I think it's the best interpretation of the WYSIWYG rule... the rule is not stupid, so long it's no restriction for imagination Smile

The most important rule of all games is "have fun!". If you have no fun converting minis only for WYSIWYG, it means that you are doing it wrong Smile

I tend to start my warbands with WYSIWYG, but quickly enough that falls apart. I have a ton of minis, so sometimes it's easier just to switch out the mini I'm using for a specifice warrior. But yeah, it's all about fun and I hate to tear apart a mini just because I bought him a sword and dropped his club. Sometimes it's nice to just use my fav models / best painted one and to hell with what they actually look like and just explain what they 'should' look like.
