*PMH* 1:72 Orcs (Update: July the 13th )

Looks great! Especially for that size!

NASTY LOOKING GUY! I see the Orcish posture problem clears up nicely in the smaller scale. COOL mini, AND a NICE paint job. WELL DONE!

I finished 3 models! (another one with shield and axe, but didnt snap a pic of him)

Two models, same pose, enjoy! Their washed not varnished (somehow my paiting technique makes it shiny )

I have finished another 2 orcs today thanks to all the briliant tips from everyone in this thread i finally got around painting this afternoon!

WAAAGH! The Lads ARE looking GOOD! There IS a definite improvement in the posture of the smaller scale Orcs...probably listened to their Moms about standing up straight . Despite the diminutive size, you managed to pick out quite a lot of details. VERY WELL DONE!
It won't be long now until a group photo is in order.

I Bet Thats Not A Real Dice, I Bet Its A Realy Big Dice Trying To Trick Us Into Thinking The Model Is Realy Small, na not realy But Great Painting!

The gang is looking excellent. You must be a glutton for punishment to paint such small figures.

COOL! I LOVE the Savage Orc's coiffure. Even in this tiny scale, the Orcs have a LOT of comic character...a BIG plus with moi. Keep up the GREAT WORK!
AND I LOVE your photo presentation.

Why so many? Because i want to have some options for diversity. The humans can be poured into different coats of rules, reiklander, marienburg and middenheim, each of them with different playstyle.

Orks and Goblins are just.. wel Orks and Goblins! But the consistency can vary!

Will one go for 4 ork heroes and 16 gobbos? or 20 orks later on in the campaign? so i have to have at least 20 orks for this.

Or perhaps use a troll! or maybe use squigs for fun!

You see, with 20 orks and 20 goblins you can just swap out some weapons, be a little creative in this "fixed" and wysiwyg environment. Maybe i even expand this in the future with a few more. But for starters i thought it would give us a nice couple of games! and hopefully the fixed pie of units will allow for more diversity in general within the warbands, ruling out power gaming like all clubs and stuff.

As you can see i have put a lot of thought in this

hopefully it makes sense (sorry @ Deaf, it is just such a COOL smiley!)
