Subject: Some of my "finished" models (Pic Heavy!) Wed 4 Mar 2009 - 17:59
Just throwing together a big post of my "finished" models - meaning that there's some really old ones among them, and i hope you don't have difficulties spotting them (if you have it'll mean i haven't improved as much as i try to convince myself i have hehe)
Well - here we go, let's start with a few dwarves, they're always a good laugh to get the crowd warmed up
Noble and Engineer:
Troll Slayers:
Hammerers:
Thunderers:
That's all the dwarves i have finished so far - let's move on to a few mercenaries and sisters:
Humies:
Ladies:
Then we have a few Greenskins:
Big Ork (not sure which role he'll get yet, prolly leader):
Ork Boy:
My try on some homemade Fanatics:
And some slimy Squiggs:
Then to a few rats:
Skaven Sorcerer and familiar:
Rat Ogre and small furry friend:
And last i'll throw in an Emmisscairyh (yes - that's how it's spelled, really!) ...of Chaos:
Damn i have more pics than i thought - the plan was to gather it all in one thread, but i'll have to start a new one for my undeads and lizardmen

NICE STUFF! You've got a nice clean painting style; you'll be producing some real JAW DROPPERS as you progress. You've just got to do a bit with the bases & the Lads will ROCK! WELL DONE!

Love the old Dwarf Thunderers! and the first Slayer. I quite obsessed with the older models. Great work!

My wife loves the poka-dot socks. How did you make the skaven sorcerer?

Haha tell her thanks They were pretty hard to get in the city of the damned, might even count as "silk clothes" for rout tests
The skaven sorceror is a combination several models:
Body (incl feet) and head is from the skaven rat herder pack. Arms are regular arms from the mordheim plastic skaven pack with the weapon removed from the staff arm. The staff itself is actually a metal bit on a plastic model giving it horrible balance, it's from some eshin sorcerer model And the "magic" is part of a magic flask from the empire wizards plastic box. (the little familliar is from the rat herder pack as well)
Hope that clears it out. If not, ask more
