Has anyone tried their stuff out? For those who aren't familiar, it's stuff you download and print off onto cardstock and then assemble, They have their stuff on a one inch scale, which is basically the same as 25mm. I was hoping to have some decent scenery quickly while I worked on more permanent stuff.

Awesome link!

The villager freebie is perfect for people who don't have time/want/need to paint and construct NPCs!
(Read me wanting to finish my warband before anything else) excellent!
now Im gonna sit here and wait for them to release a massive freebie ship...

Edit:
Shaman's gotten his first 40 villagers printed! Awesome!
looks decent for what I payed for it, Zilch!
Gonna stick them on thin foamboard, PVA the pores shut, doodle a bit for flavour and uniqueness
and then varnish them. piccies to follow ^__^ if nothing else theyre excellent for inspiration and
I can replace them one by one without leaving the streets of a still living and breathing city bare thumbsup

Oh yeah and theyre excellent for those of you who wants to play a generic zombie escape scenario
without having access to loads of zombies, either use them as is or bash them up a bit with gore.
EDIT2:on the something below freebie you get 6 zombies!
Great find! (mumbling about brains and meanders off to find scissors and day of the dead dvd)

I have long admired World Works scenery.

And I have purchased a couple sets (basically dungeons), but in the end, I prefer phisical models than plain paper.

Hirst Arts Molds is more my way.

Hope that helps.

I have a few of their sets and the newer ones are really impressive! But for mordheim i think using them as is is way too weak, but for the intended use (rpg) they are perfect.

In the gallery section of their website you can find a few modheim buildings made of them. The best use i have seen is to use the ground textures for your gaming board.

For wargame buildings, which need to be much sturdier, i would consider using the textures eddited as needed in photoshop and pasted on foamboard. There is an old thread on this forum about reinforcing the original Mordheim buildings (too lazy to find it and provide a link) which would provide the basic idea.

I wish they would make some near future (cyberpunk) add ons for their modern buildings!
