What is this "Ranking" System?

Hi Ash!

While I really like the further updated version of the "Computer emblem" I don't think the "new" star looks that good. I want the stars to look alike on every icon.

About me being "of inferior" rank than my members, I don't think that really is an issue. In fact, by giving myself "only" 2 gold stars, I deliberatley placed myself on a rank comparable to "veteran" (if you must put a name on it).
You see, I think that although I am the admin and thus somewhat "omnipotent" if you will (on the forum, mind you!), I am still not above a regular user in terms of creativity and mordheiming-skill.

Take our friend Erkwin for example: he has posted more than I have! And interesting stuff mostly. And he's not the only one! I can't even start to name all the people who have brought great ideas to the forum that I could never have had, and made very cool contributions.

I therefore believe there SHOULD be a possibility for members to "rise above" my rank, as a member, and many have done so already. You know who you are

And let's be honest, there is ONE thing that no one will ever be able to take away from me. "What's that?" you ask? It's the kick-ass "admin icon" with the ambiguous computer symbol and the power to ban your ass if you are rude to my boyzl hehe

Hm, okay.... I am seeing only a monitor from the side. With a bit more imagination I might see something like a flatscreen and a tower. It sure is tough to make out what these things are meant to represent. Maybe just stick to swords and axes? Or a magic wand for the admin?

PS: I always thought Tom's symbol was something like an iron glove.

Haha! I did not expect my symbol to be so controversial! Now you guys have me convinced I should change it!

[EDIT]: Ok, now I think I'll stick to that symbol for a while. Everybody agree with that? I think this really looks like a PC now Thanks for your ideas and help guys!
