COOL! Desert, Oasis, the Theme from Laurence of Arabia playing in the background; EXCELLENT STUFF! From the looks of the rock formations et al, I'd say you have a hot wire tool lurking in the cupboards somewhere. This is ANOTHER great project that will be Uberenjoyable to follow. As always, WELL DONE! thumbsup

Actually, work sent me to buy one for a packaging project.

The Hills are actually leftovers from doing up the company showroom. I saw them in the trash and dutifully rescued them.
eeexcellent!
before the days of owning a hot wire cutter, i used to heat a wooden handled knife on the cooker and slice away.

Little update:
I'm just sorting out the connecting pegs now.
(10mm Dia. wooden rods)

Once pegged, I'll carve some minor suface detail on.

What is that foam? It looks like pink insulation foam at first glance but now in the close up it seems not to be.

Thats what I think it is, the insulation foam. I got a couple of sheets of it when I need to use it. Great work so far on the terrain. Keep it coming!

River section is fully interchangable. (may be given a coat of PVA + Gloss to add shine)

I'd never borrow Sauls dice.....He loses too much. Very Happy unassuming small white and red dice are the way to go! cheers

lol! WELL DONE, Oh Pinnacle of Mean Green Power! Strangely enough looking back over ALL the years of Mini Mayhem, it's not the winning or losing I remember; it IS the camaraderie & those cinematic moments that warm my frosty old heart.

AND,speaking of cinematic, The Table looks better with each post. The Elven Ruins [Pointy Eared Pooftahs can't make ANYTHING that lasts Suspect ] ARE Ubercool. I too want to see how the wash & gloss works out on the river section. WELL DONE! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! thumbsup
