No, they can't be frenzy at all Smile
They're immune to all psychology (stupidity, frenzy, hate, all alone test, fear), so if they become frenzy (after serious injury), they fight normal like before. It's a really BAD rule for slayers Sad

A house rule, if you group agrees, is that instead of 'Immune to Psychology', Slayers are merely immune to Fear and All Alone. If that's the case, then they still suffer Hatred (Orcs & Goblins), and have a POSSIBILITY of becoming frenzied if you roll the madness injury. Of course, if they have a chance of gaining frenzy, they HAVE to have a chance at earning Stupidity... you can't have it both ways!
