@Chad: I would like to see those rules, its always nice to see new warbands. Maby I can use it with these models.
@Eziekel: I Will try to be there, If I want to use these elves I will have to paint some extra models, If got a sorcereres almost ready and i shoud make some hounds and a few gors...

@Tom: That guy looks great, Howcool is it that you build a model in the same style as my guys, did you also get inspired by pans labyrinth? Wolf paws or hoves would really make the model look even cooler. I like the helm a lot, maby you could add a little green stuff to the sides of the head so it will look more like one part, now its to mutch two different bits.

Is the centaur a mix of the unicorn and Orion? He really looks majestic, a proper king of the woods. Are you planning to use your warband as beastmen or as woodelves?

You certainly set the bar high, but I will see what I can do after I finish my pirates

YES!!!! Absolutely! Haha, it's really funny, we seem to share a taste (the movie Pan's Labyrinth is brilliant by the way. If you get a chance guys, watch it. It is NOT a children's movie. It is an unprecedented mix of the historical/psychology/fantasy/drama genres.)

Absolutely, I was planning on doing that. As I said, it is WIP. I also want to add some braids to his hair.
Fangs are also an option.

I find it ironic that you are debating using the most-shooty WHFB race to play the least-shooty mordheim warband

Lat week at the mordheim meeting in Amsterdam I prommised Eliazar I would take some more/better pictures of my Kislev warband. So here you go, I hope you like them

I really like the pics and the miniatures, even though I heed a certain grudge against the warband And I love the way you manage to load you models with a lot of equipment without them looking silly!

With my new box of empire militiamen, I might give the kislevites a go, too.

ALL VERY FINE MINIS! VERY! I confess that That Ogre IS THE BEST, at least to my Dim Old Mind! AND his little, one eyed, axe wielding Side Kick IS REALLY COOL! WELL DONE AGAIN!

There has been some serious graft added to this thread since I last checked it.

Top notch job with the elves. These look absolutely wonderful. The finish on them is outstanding.

Altered beasts from the Northern Wastes are going to be given a good run for their money by your shape-shifting elves Magnolia, and Tom.

I like the kislevs too. Have you played them with the Ogre yet? If so, how does it fit in with their list? I have an Ogre idea for my new kislev band alread, but not sure if I'll use it or not.

Ok, this is a bit on the late side but I still got a lot of catching up to do on some of the wonderfull stuff on this forum! But may I say I ABSOLUTLY LOVE your wood elves!! I usually despise GW Elves (they're just to happy and... well.. elvish!) but your's are so much better! they really capture how I think these wood land critters would look like, not like a bunch of run away children playing with home made bow and arrow but like the true masters of the forest, totally inhospitable to any and all invaders of their wooded domain! And above that they really look like you don't want to get in a fight with them!

It's just amazing how good you did these!! defenitly if you see how simple a conversion these are! (or at least the idea behind it! sticking wood elve parts on beastmen bodies! it looks like such a natural fit!) You truly are a master of miniature sculpting/painting! BRAVO!
