Injurys for stunned and knocked down modells by shooting?

I'm not sure if I'm just really useless; but I can't seem to find any rules regarding injuries when shooting at a model whom is knocked down or stunned? How do you play; do you still roll for injury when wounded? Or do you apply the CC rules that, if you hit and wound He's out of action?
Also if you use the first alternative, would a knocked down model become stunned on a roll of 3-4, and just continue to be knocked down on a 1-2?

You still have to roll to hit and to roll to wound.

Yes.

First off, welcome to the forum, Popmouth!

When shooting at warriors you roll for injuries as usual and don't benefit from them being already knocked down or stunned. That's why the rules for knocked down and stunned are described in the close combat section and not in the ranged combat section. The rules are meant to represent a warrior slitting the throat of a wounded unconscious warrior in close combat. This is not possible when shooting at the enemy, of course.
