OMFG you posted your entire city in this post!!! Took ages to load... maybe you should consider removing 80% of your photos and keeping only the interesting ones...

| They look great man. Good job on creating a sweet city.
One thing that I think would add a lot to your buildings would be "wooden framing." A lot of Mordheim buildings have "wooden beams" (popsicle sticks or stirring sticks) on the corners and sides of the buildings.
I recommend looking at Stew's Scenery for ideas. He did a great job with wooden framing.
Thanks for all the pictures Vorror. =) _________________ -Ashton Sanders -Mordheim in Montana Blog |

| Sweet man,
Looks great.
My only critique is about the wall in the second picture. If a normal wall get's destroyed at the bottom like that, the rest of the wall will fall down, now stay up by being connected by a window frame.
Good luck, _________________ -Ashton Sanders -Mordheim in Montana Blog |

| Erm... did I read this right? ... a "factory"? With a big "K-300"? written on a "silo"? With "green radioactive goo" pouring out? IN MORDHEIM?!
Don't you think that's a tiny bit anachronistic? That looks much more like a 40K piece of scenery to me, which should really not be standing in a medieval town.
But congratulations on your city! It's really big now. Looks like you have enough to play.
Just one last question if I may: CANNIBAL LIZARDS??!?! (Is anyone else thinking "wtf?!" right now?) _________________

Aaaah that explains it Hmmm... I guess it is not entirely false to qualify the Warhammer world as "steampunk" (after all there are steam tanks... ). But your scenery is more "cyberpunk" to me. Well, just a matter of taste I guess
Cheers!
PS: On a sidenote, when I think of steampunk (and I LOVE steampunk) I think more of this type of thing:

AMEN! I really can't wait to figure out how to make some sweet steam punk Scenery for my Mordheim board (it'll probably come after most of my town is done.... in 3 years...)
And on that same subject, I found this sweet album of Great steampunk ideas/terrain. It's a mad scientist's lab, but I figure it great ideas. _________________ -Ashton Sanders -Mordheim in Montana Blog |

| It looks good, but I'm not going to lie: It looks like a bottle and a cup glued onto cardboard.
What you need to do is hide what it actually is with a different texture. The ripples in the cup and Bottle give it away. I'd recommend getting spackle or thick paint, and filling in those gaps so it looks more like a smooth surface.

| Hmmm... actually I have to agree with Ash.
Although I think your idea was really good, I'm afraid the materials used are too obvious. As Ashton said: It really looks like what it is made of. It's more a Coke bottle than a Zeppelin, sorry
Alright, enough criticism, let's see how we can improve your model.
1) Using a coke bottle to make the body of the zeppelin is a good idea, but get rid of everything that reminds of a bottle, i.e. cut off the bottle neck and get rid of the cap! Find a way to make a round "nose" for your zeppelin. As Ashton said: cover the ripples with filler.
2) The passenger cabin should be more detailed. Think "building" rather than "box". Give it windows, a railing, a platform...
3) Look at historical pics of Zeppelins. Get inspiration.
4) Zeps usually had more than one huge propeller! Why? For steering. You cannot build a functional zeppelin that steers like a plane. The huge helium body prevents that.
You have to realise how ambitiious your project is. Building a Zeppelin is REALLY REALLY time consuming, albeit rewarding. You should either give it at least a month of construction, or maybe start with something simpler to get a little more experience.
Good luck!
PS: Oh and PLEASE PLEASE make a base that has texture (use PVA+Sand). Just plain cardboard is really ugly _________________
