| Hi guys,
Finally you get to see my warband where I'm working on.. 
This is the only picture I have at the moment, as I'm painting them!
From left to right:
Halfling Scout, Halfling Thief, Halfling Youth, Halfling Scout.
I'm still waiting on some models I won on eBay. If anyone is interested I'm using this list from Mordheimer.com.

Ok, new recruitments! I also won these on an auction on eBay. Great models!
And some close-up's from the Halfling Elder.
Also, yesterday night I discovered something. Two weeks ago, I won an auction of 11x C11 Halflings. With the help of Chris (Deserter), thanks again mate!
Although, I payed him within a couple of hours. Here's a link to the auction. But yesterday evening I discovered that he is doing the same auction again! While I already payed for it! The link is here. Is this just an amazing coincidence? I emailed the guy, I really feel robbed by him. I sent the mail yesterday eve, and still haven't got a reply...
I hope he'll reply soon..

Also: VERY VERY nice models you got there!
How did you make the bolts on the shield? I usually make a greenstuff "roll" which I chop up, but it doesn't look like yours.
I am looking forward to see those painted!

| If I were you I wouldn't worry, Pfreck. That guy is selling a lot of old and not so old miniatures and he probably had multiples of those Halfling models you bought. I guess he just didn't bother to make a new picture for the new auction. You will probably still get your models - and the next dude to win this new auction will get the same models.
I'm really looking forward to seeing your huge stunningly painted Halfling warband!

| Looks great If he hasn't replied within a couple of days you can file a PayPal claim.
You'll get your money back at the least, but if hes re-selling your items then eBay will probably sort him out.
Rens shaves the rivets off other minis...which is great, especially as I got a bunch of spare Dozer Blades from my Imperial Guard. Its a great method (that he told me about ).

@ Admin Tom: Indeed, Deserter is right. I cut off the rivets from other GW bits. I used the rivets/bolts from an Imperial Guard autocannon. They have a lot of rivets on them, and are small enough to fit perfectly for shields etc.
@ Tag: Yep, this is the shield I was talking about.
@ Cianty: Cheers mate, I'll await his reply first. I really hope you're right, I need those models!

| Sorry for the double post, but I got an update!
Okay, about the Halfling auction. I haven't received a reply of the guy yet. So I send him another email. In this email I showed him the consequences, if he still doesn't reply without x days, I'll report him to eBay. I'm not so worried about the money. Thanks to PayPal I get get my money back in no time. It's more a matter of principle, and the fact I want those models so badly!
Ok, onto the model like update! I already made a start on the Village Ogre a while back. Today I sculpted his shirt. The idea was that he looked more Imperialised, and part of the Halfling community. The shield I'm using as a gut plate will get some detail on it. This was once again an idea from Chris (Deserter), the idea was to sculpt (or freehand) a Fork and Knife crossing each other. But that is something for later!
Oh yeh, the pictures!
Before someone asks, the stuff I used to sculpt the shirt is called "Apoxy Sculpt". It's a cheap version of Green Stuff but very difficult to handle. Like the fact it doesn't like water! Usually when sculpting with Greenstuff you use water or spit (  ). Apoxy Sculpt on the other hand will get muddy when using water, the medium to smooth it out are Oil of Vaseline. The good side on this is that it can handle a lot of detail, and that is it a lot softer than Greenstuff. It'll also require washing your hands afterwards...
