Elves would be almost okay if they weren't portrayed as such arrogant, effete, self-seeking, capricous snobs who come off as gaier than a tree full of monkeys on Nitrous Oxide Suspect They ARE delicious if prepared properly AND do make excellent fertilizer.

REALLY NICE PAINT JOB, Chris! thumbsup
The rock formation in the background really looks good [nice setting for the Monks]. Do you think you could post a full image of the piece [the rocks that is]. Again cheers WELL DONE!

I like it a lot too... But some of them seem to have quite same positions, don't they? Embarassed
They're all dynamic, what do they eat at breakfast? Laughing

Wonderful stuff, as usual.

BTW how many more models are you going to build for the Monks?

Thanks for the kind words, everyone!

Zero exactly. I'm done.

Maybe I find the mood to build some soldiers with Crossbows but that is very unlikely as I can just as easily use my Reiklander models and there's so much else I want to do. I still hava a complete Beastman warband that wants to be painted and lots of individual models (Dragons, Daemon Princes, Assassins, Temple Dogs...). I might post some group shots of the warband in this thread but other than that, it's over.

So while I'm already writing this I'd like to take the chance and thank everyone who ever commented in this thread. It's very encouraging to get so much and so positiive feedback. I'm not sure I would have done all this work without you all.

Thank you!

nice to see your masterpiece m8. I love you ideas and the fact that you managed to create such characters from Warhammer pieces
