| I've mentioned a lot of this in the 'Introduce Yourself' thread, but I'll post my current goings-on here aswell...
I'm currently collecting-together loads of plastic sprues of (mainly) Empire and Bretonnia warriors (and also some other races too, for parts) to begin assembling my main warband... although, I may assemble several, as I have a LOT of sprues on their way...
The warband is probably going to be Marienburg... I'm about 80% sure... but they won't have the usual rich, uniform-clad look... I prefer the ramshackle, dirty, rag-tag kinda look... lots of pouches added, quivers, ropes... lots of accessories...
I'm also going to try some small scenery pieces, some injured men, some rubble piles etc... to provide some street furniture and cover for my board.
As mentioned previously, I've been out-of-the-loop for a while, and my modelling/painting skills were never that great... so, I'm going to make-up some practise models first, and see how I get-on... I may end-up comissioning the work for someone else... we'll see... I'll post progress in the 'modelling' forum...

| Might as well jabber about my goings on, usually play 40k orks and necrons but since being introduced to mordheim i am addicted!!
Started with a shadow warrior warband, my friend using undead, i usual volentery rout as the second that vamp gets into combat i am ripped appart =/
we have played a few games, my main guy got taken pisoner and robbed but his necro has old wound, heh he rolled multiple injuries and thats all he got out of it.. lame!
We are both prepping another warband each, him dark elfs and me chaos, found a list we will be using as like i said possesed and beastmen ain't to my taste.
My shadow warriors are mostly wood elf models, and painted so =P
will post pics when i get round to taking them |
