| Just checked trains etc, and found out that a one way would cost me about 150 euro.
I'll have to check it out again, and more precisly, so I won't be able to tell whether I'm coming or not until the week-end.
But it's just a chance too great to miss it  |

It kinda collides with some of my views about a few things, to put it this way 
Hmm... I just saw there's a good offer for younglings traveling by train, you pay 10 euro once and than you get 25% discount on any train in germany.
Have to think that over, I'll let you know as soon as I decided! |

€150/one way - Sounds a bit steep ...where in Germany are u located? Might actually be cheaper to fly then! Hamburg -Vienna and back is about €115-140 if flying out Thursday 10th and back Sunday 13th...

| Actually found AirBerlin flights from West-Germany ---> Vienna for €19-30 the trip (i.e. ~ 60 to and fro).

| I really want to go, don't get me wrong. But the problem is, that I can't find a decent train/plane that goes to Vienna. Going by plane for €150,- is a bit much for just a weekend.

I'd love to tell you all more about it (and spread the 'fire'). Now you will have to read it for yourselves later... 
The problem is my current monetary situation and since this will be during the last two days of the semester I don't know how this might clash with my course. Actually I haven't written it off completely now and still hoping to make it. But I don't want to say I'm not coming in the last weeks or so. I am hoping to be able to say that I do come instead.

Obviously its a bit difficult to confirm arrival time, until I actually book my ticket, which I would prefer NOT to do until we actually know weather or not its on ...but I CAN confirm that I will do so if it works out though
