| Great Boehm! Thanks for the pics. I loooove pics. I am eagerly awaiting your battle report. As for the models and the WYSIWYG-rule, don't worry, I think you are doing the right thing. I mean, you can't force people to have 100% Mordheim minis if they are just starting or just playtesting the game. (i can't recall how many Warhammer battles I fought back then with entire regiments made out of plain bases only) Oh and for the bretonnian archer: He has been painted using "Fanatic Army Painter", a danish product I think Great job as usual my dear Claus! Cheers |

| Cool pics, Boehm!
And I agree with Tom: As long as you have fun playing Mordheim, it doesn't matter what kind of figures you use! Enjoy the game! |

| @ Tom - yes although the models arent mine ... I do believe that they were "dipped" ...using ...
Well maybe not "super light shade" ...but it was the first pic I just found ...
Their homepage w. how to do it ect ..... http://armypainter.fanatic.dk/default.asp
Anybody here have any experice with the mentioned product? ...I think the results look very good myself, but I also think its a bit pricey ...and felt like trying my own way so I opted to forego it ...but if I were to paint a whole army I would definately consider it !
(well either that or just buy some ink and try to mix it and do the inking myself - should be somewhat cheaper)
[EDIT by Admin Tom]: There is a new thread to continue the "Fanatic Army Painter" discussion in the "Painting and modelling" section. Please head over there for any replies on that subject. _________________ He who gathers money little by little makes it grow. - Proverbs 13:11 (Dwarven Treasure Hunters)

| Yeah cool, next battle report!
But I think a few bridges between the buildings would make the game more interesting.
Have fun playing |

| Just thought I would give an update of what happened ...Not that I remember any specifics about the games except I won !
Soon after, some of the inexperienced players who had continually lost games, and a couple others started loosing interest ...to help out a bit I started out a new band of Chaos ...which I won a game with ...then I started in a new job (out in the real world) and found no time to play for a while ...and when I came back to the club noone was playing Mordheim anylonger
Anyway, Im sad to say this might very well be the end of ...well atleast this chapter ...of "Dugans Daredevil Dungeneers" _________________ He who gathers money little by little makes it grow. - Proverbs 13:11 (Dwarven Treasure Hunters)

| | Thanks so much for the battle reports AND especially the photos. As I pored over the action the Muse of Minis crept up behind me & administered a swift kick, Now I absolutely have got to get on with painting/modeling/et al. At my age any motivation is appreciated. |
